Chairman of the Board at Nokia Expresseses Affirmative Attitude of CIIE Participation

For Nokia, China is one of the key target markets. Nokia has nearly 20,000 employees in China, with a majority in their R&D department. Nokia has an internal company slogan “We are innovating in Finland, and for China and the world”, so Nokia was happy to participate in the CIIE.

In addition to Nokia and other large companies, there are many start-ups in Finland that have established close cooperative ties with China. The best and most famous examples are Supercell’s Clash of Clans, Happy Farm and other games, now owned by China’s Tencent.

Siilasmaa warmly suggests that Finnish companies should attend the China International Import Expo and take full advantage of this opportunity.
